    A well-balanced, malt-forward lager with a brilliant deep amber hue. It’s super sessionable at just 4.4% yet packed with flavour, bringing forth notes of caramel, bread crust and honey.

  • Night Shift blonde ale

    BLONDE ALE / 4.5%

    Crisp and refreshing with just the right balance of malt sweetness and subtle bitterness.

  • Blume Marzen

    MÄRZEN / 5.8%

    Brewed with a blend of Munich malts, it pours a beautiful amber colour with a pillowy off-white head. It’s exceptionally smooth and rich and malty in flavour, reminiscent of a soft pretzel without the salt.

  • Oakland Cellar barrel aged darkbier

    BARREL AGED DARKBIER / 5.0%

    We aged a batch of our ‘Corduroy’ darkbier in French oak barrels for 18 months. It’s giving elegant Viva Puff - notes of chocolate, cherry and raspberry with a silky mouthfeel.

    Deep amber in colour with warming notes of caramel, fresh bread, and toasted nuts.

  • Fever Dream

    SESSION IPA / 4.7%

    Hopped with Vic Secret, El Dorado and Galaxy. It’s surprisingly full-bodied for a light ABV beer, with notes of clementine, mandarin & peach.

  • Drawing Board pale ale

    PALE ALE / 5.7%

    A hazy pale ale with notes of citrus and subtle evergreen. We used Dynaboost & Sabro in the whirlpool and dry hopped with Citra & Mosaic.

  • Paper Dreams IPA

    Paper Dreams

    IPA / 6.1%

    We strayed from our go-to hazy this time and leaned toward the west. Generously hopped with Mosaic, Amarillo and Citra, we’re picking up notes of grapefruit, lemon and peach with an enticing bitterness.

  • Glorious & Free IPA

    Glorious and Free

    IPA / 6.5%

    A trans-Canada brewery collaboration launched by Dominion City using 1000% Canadian ingredients.

    Ours is a wickedly smooth 6.5% IPA with notes of underripe pineapple, dried mango and banana chips with the fluffiest white head.

    50 cents from every pint and can sold will be donated to Skills Ontario.

  • Etcetera NEIPA

    NEW ENGLAND IPA / 7.0%

    Full-bodied and incredibly smooth, with notes of passion fruit, mango & lychee. We used Dynaboost and Citra in whirlpool & dry hopped with Galaxy, Citra & Mosaic.

  • Kaleidoscope cherry lemonade sour

    CHERRY LEMONADE SOUR / 5.0%

    It’s the sour cherry blaster of beer. Loaded with sweet cherries and lemon for just the right amount of tart.
